Daylight Saving Time starts today. In order to better use of natural daylight in the evening, the clocks are set one ( 1 ) hour forward from standart time ( winter time) in the spring , and one ( 1 ) hour back in the fall. It means that we lose one ( 1 ) hour in the spring, and gain one ( 1 ) hour in the fall.
Because we change time at night 2 am, so it means that in spring we lose one hour of sleep, because we turn the clock forward. But in fall we gain one hour of sleep, because we turn the clock one hour back.
Daylight saving starts March 11th, 2018 this year, and ends November 4th, 2018. So in November 4th, we will have to turn the clock back again.
