According to Primary Mortgage Market Survey released by Freddie Mac on April 5th, 2018, mortage rates dropped down again:

As I wrote before here, that mortgages rates changed a little during the last couple of weeks. Before this, mortgage rates dropped a little.
U.S. weekly average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage was 4.4%, which dropped from 4.44% previious week.
15-year fixed-rate mortgage was 3.87%, from the previous week of 3.90%.
Despite the fact that mortgage rates are going down now, they are still above the rates that they were for the same period last year. 30-year fixed-rate mortgage was 4.10% for the week of April 6th ,2017. 15-year fixed -rate mortgage was 3.36% for the week of April 6th, 2017.
